The 2024-2025 Hammon Yearbook is here and will be available tonight at the Open House from 6-8 P.M. I will have yearbooks available in my classroom in the High School and Ms. Paula will have them in the entry of the Grade School. The yearbooks are $20. Get your copy TONIGHT, hot off the press!!!
Hammon Public Schools will once again be participating in the Community Eligibility Program, CEP, for the 2025-2026 School Year. All students will have FREE Breakfast and Lunch.
There will be a community prayer gathering for the upcoming school year Wednesday, August 6 at 7pm at the flagpole in front of the elementary school.
Due to a funeral we will not have enrollment on Monday, August 4th. If you haven't already enrolled you will be able to during open house on Tuesday August 5th from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

The summer is passing by so quickly and Hammon Schools will be starting back before we know it. The HHS Foundation is busy getting ready to serve our students and community once again. The HHS Foundation is putting together and supplying school supplies for ALL students Head Start--12th grade. The supplies for elementary students will be in the classrooms ready to go! Students 7-12 can get needed supplies from Miss Archer the first day of school. Gym clothes and shoes are not included. Reminder: Today is the day for sports physicals at the high school. All JH/HS athletes have to have a physical to be able to participate. We are ready for kids now and will end when we stop having kids show up.
Hammon High School is offering free sports physicals for 7th-12th grades on Friday, July 11th. Bus drivers begin at 8:30 am. Boy athletes 10:00 am-12:00 pm and girl athletes 1:30-3:00 pm.
OSSAA dead period is currently taking place, please note that all school facilities will be shut down for all school aged athletes.
Hammon High School is accepting transfers in all grades for the 2025-2026 school year. Please see the attached OSSAA update which grants a one-time transfer while maintaining athletic eligibility.

Hammon team camp is June 2nd-June 4th.
If you are going into to be a junior high or highschool girl that is playing basketball, in the upcoming school year, you need to be at the Dome on Monday, June 2nd at 8:00 am. Coach K Carter will pass out practice gear and more information about what is to come for the rest of their team camps.

The Senior/Kindergarten Walk will be this morning at 10:00 am in front of the dome. Seniors need to meet in the dome at 9:45 in their cap and gown to get lined up.
There will be a State Send-Off for our baseball boys at 8:00 am tomorrow in the dome parking lot. Come out and show your support for these guys as they cause a state title!!
