We will be doing Flu shots at school when we get back from Fall Break. Consents were sent home with elementary students. If you need a consent for Jr High or HS students you can get one from the nurse or from the HS office.
On Thursday, October 23rd at 10am the C&A tribe will be doing Diabetes and Mental Health screenings. Consents have been sent home with students, these screenings are for ANY Native American. If you need another consent you can get one from the nurses office.
