Hammon High School and the HHS Foundation got great news this week. Brian Woodard of Mewbourne Oil Company came to Hammon Schools this week and presented donations from Mewbourne to both the HHS Foundation and to Hammon Schools! Mewbourne Oil Company indicated the donations are "intended to help empower your students through STEM-related programs, resources, or initiatives that foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking” and also to “help rural schools be able to continue to provide students and parents with help on things like school supplies, needs, and scholarships.” Hammon Schools want to thank Melbourne Oil, Brian Woodward, and Kendra Tillery for helping to make these donations possible. A check was also delivered to the Hammon Fire Department to help with special events and needs. Mewbourne Oil Company is a great community partner and blessing to our school and our town!!
