Hammon Students. We have exciting news if you would like to buy a parking spot to paint that will be yours during school hours this is available this year. You will need to bring your drivers license to Mr. Tignor during open house for first come first serve dibs!! The spots will be $20.00 for the year..
There will be a community prayer gathering for the upcoming school year Wednesday August 7 at 7pm at the flagpole in front of the elementary.
There will be no JH Baseball practice on Tuesday August 6th or Wednesday August 7th. We will resume with Junior High practice starting on the first day of school.

High School Baseball will begin practice this week workouts will be at 9:00am and practice will be at 4:00pm for all 9th-12th students. Junior High Baseball will begin practice on July 29th @ 9:00am for all 7th-9th students.

Enrollment for 7th-12th grade students will be from Tuesday July 31st-Wednesday August 1st. We are doing it different this year believing that it will be more efficient to get parents in and out during the process. Please pay attention to times that are posted and be there for enrollment at the beginning of the enrollment window.
Attention all parents and students. Junior High and High School Softball will begin practices starting this week. If you plan on playing fastpitch softball or would like to play the times are as follows. Junior High 7th-9th will practice at 8:30 am Monday-Thursday. High School will practice at 10:00 am Monday-Thursday.
Free sports physicals will be available at the high school on July 9th. This is for all students from 6th-12th grade who plan on participating in a sport of any kind. Bus drivers will begin at 8:30, Boys will begin at 10:00, and girls will be at 1:00.
The old gym and practice gym floors are currently being refinished. Both gyms will be closed until Monday, Monday June 3rd to give the varnish time to set up. JH/HS girls basketball camp will also be Monday-Wednesday and taking place in all three gyms for anyone that wants to come out and get their basketball fix.
Hammon Boys Basketball Camp, Monday- Wednesday. ( 5/20-5/23)
JH Boys basketball will need to meet at the practice gym at 8:07 in the morning for their camp that will be taking place Monday-Wednesday. Coach Johnston will have everything they need besides shoes.
Jh Softball will have practice at the hitting facility, Friday at 10:00am. They will be hitting and receiving uniforms to get ready for Mondays game. Open to all students who want to play JH softball in the summer and fall.
The FFA chapter will be departing directly following the HS awards assembly weather permitting. We are all being weather aware and will make the best decision possible for the safety of our students.
Attention.. All awards ceremonies have moved to the dome instead of the auditorium due to plumbing issues in the auditorium.
Reminder that the awards assembly will be tomorrow May 6th in the Hammon Auditorium. The elementary awards will begin at 9:00am and the JH/HS awards will begin at 1:00pm. Thank you and GO BIG BLUE!!
