Great News!! Hammon Public Schools is now offering the Boys and Girls Club afterschool program for JH and HS students.
This is a no-charge afterschool program Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm - 5:00pm. Hammon students grades 7-12 can come and get help on homework, grab a snack and participate in extra activities with peers, including, but not limited to, community service projects, esports, school community growth planning, and movie time.

Hammon Esports is looking for Super Smash Bros. Players! If you are interested in playing Super Smash Bros. and competing. please sign up in the High School office. There will be 2 teams, 1 HS team and 1 JH Team, so any student 6th grade through 12th grade can sign up.

HS baseball will play Cheyenne at Elk City HS field starting at 5:00.

The cross country team will be leaving at 7:15 tomorrow morning for their meet at Watonga. They will meet in the parking lot of the dome. Good luck and GO BIG BLUE!!
Attention, the dome will be shut down during non school hours for the time being. Hopefully it will be open in the near future. They are replacing a fire panel that controls the fire alarm meaning the alarm will not sound if there is a fire. The practice gyms are available for anyone wanting to practice.
Monday, August 19th is the first day of the afterschool program. Please make sure your paperwork is filled out and turned in if you want your child in this program. If you have questions or concerns don't hesitate to contact Mrs. Burch at Hammon High School or email me at dburch@hammon.k12.ok.us.
Elementary students and parents. Mr. Johnston will be selling ice cream each Friday we are in school during lunch to help pay for exciting field trips! The ice cream will be sold for $1.00 a cup this will begin this Friday August 16th.
There will be no JH Baseball today at Sweetwater due to Sweetwater not having enough players. High School is still on and there will be a junior varsity game after the varsity game.
The 23-24 Yearbooks are in!
They will be available tonight at Open House.
Miss Archer will have yearbooks available in her HS Classroom and Mrs. Paulla will have some available in the entryway in the Grade School.
The cost is $20 each!
Reminder open house will be held from 6pm-8pm on Tuesday August 6.
The money raised from parking spots will go towards teacher professional development and provide meals for teachers during parent teacher conferences. Open house Tuesday August 6th is when to do this or anytime during the school year. GO BIG BLUE!!
