Blood Drive - Tshirt picture

Wednesday, February 21,  Hammon Schools held a blood drive in the Dome and it was a big success in that, the goal number of donors was exceeded.     FFA members, Bryson McKenzie, Rosa Villegas and Kira Harris were on hand to assist Nurse Leesa Baker and the Our Blood Institute with the drive.  Senior student, Jalie Atkins, was there to assist. Jalie has been lending a hand every drive, every year, since she was a freshman.

Pictured are Juniors, Dereida Ramirez and Josie McGlothlin.  Thank you for your donation.

There will be another blood drive Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at the dome from 2pm to 6pm. Nurse Leesa would like to encourage everyone to come out and donate or at least try to donate.

Hammon Schools have a proven ability to be champions. Historically Hammon has been 'put on the map' with State Championships  in Basketball, Softball, Baseball, Track, Cross Country Academics, Esports, and  Academic Quiz Bowl.  Hammon can now become State Champions in blood donations.  Make a point to come out and help our school claim the Class B State Champion title  in Blood Donations.   In the process of claiming this title, we are making a difference in the lives of so many that need blood.  One person's donation can save up to three lives.  Join us on April 24, 2024 and make a difference.
